Not thousands, millions. She took the money and build a bigger warehouse and invested customers money on her new equipment. Turkey wasn’t hit that hard, she is a scam. She is still putting on ads, and sending orders and very poor quality. It’s very sad !

I am one such victim. I ordered two things and only received 1 after a year. I figured it was because of the pandemic because I received emails about delays. The 2nd order I emailed and requested a size up and was told no problem. One year later I didn’t receive it so I requested a refund but 3 emails and 3 years later and no response from them and my 2nd dress never arrived. The quality is poor and was very disappointed.

I ordered a dress,they delayed responses for over 6 months and responded to emails with supply chain difficulty responses. Then they began to ignore me completely and deny my order existed. I can’t reclaim my money from the debit card company because it had been too long. They also blocked me on Instagram because I was sending them messages and leaving negative comments.

That is very odd. I’ve ordered from Annah Hariri over the past several years. I exclusively wear her dresses for Eid and I love them. During the pandemic, one of my orders were delayed. However, as soon as I contacted customer service, I received a reply and even got extra store credit due to the delay. The quality has always been immaculate and better than I have seen many other modest brand make. As a business owner myself, the past few years have been very hard, and I wish people would give businesses a little more grace instead of making allegations against them.

Alhamdillah, we are a family that can report good news on this company. Always consistent and beautiful garments. Quality has also been very consistent and high. It is possible during the first couple of years of the pandemic, she may have struggled. I am a business owner and understand the struggle during these unusual times. I hope inshaAllah, she finds assistance if her company is struggling.
