Florida Muslim radio-host debates the Israeli Consul General. Full of important talking points to refute the Israeli Spin.

The new hasbara buzzwords: “lynch-mob” and “Armada of hatred”. You will hear this being repeated over and over again. Why? Because the phrase is loaded. Reminds people of the history with lynching black Americans in this country. Similar to “neighborhoods” instead of settlements, “separation barrier” instead of wall, and so on.

On the point of lynch-mobs, very offensive as Ahmed said. I think the use of this one may backfire for Israel. Keep Ahmed's response in mind. Comparing the attack to lynch-mobs belies the violent history of KKK's lynching of black Americans. Similar to “neighborhoods” instead of settlements, “separation barrier” instead of wall, and so on.

Subhanallah…. the soldier were attacking unarmed civilians, and the guy has the nerve to keep referring to them as a lynch mob. I want to say something very rude about how that makes me feel.

It’s all about using loaded words… though in this one, as I mentioned, they screwed up, due to its offensive history. UNLESS, they did want to portray the activists as KKK and themselves as victims… which using Israeli logic and history, could be quite appropriate.

I stopped listening after about 30 minutes, that Israeli is such a disgusting weasel, I could not tolerate one more word from him. I’ll say one thing for zionists, they damn well know how to spin. Let’s just see him try to spin his way out on Judgment Day.

I understand that it was difficult listening to the weasel (very appropriate choice actually)… but it is important to listen and understand the hasbara talking points. You heard them over and over again:
-lynchmob
-armada of hatred
-culture of death
-suicide bombers
-rockets
-Hamas
-Qaeda
-self-defense
-no humanitarian crisis

and so on… it’s imp. to hear how Ahmed tackled them. It is not easy going up against a trained diplomat whose entire career is based on talking the talk. And Ahmed took him down mashallah!

Alhamdolillah. Thank you, Ahmed. The consul general tried to run, but he could not hide. Israel’s actions were self-destructive, and the world will not tolerate it even though our government is too chicken and politically expedient to take a firm stance against this brutal attack on unarmed civllians and the murder of one Turkish American citizen. As long as our country rewards Israel’s bad actions with good outcomes (i.e. more military aid, unabated support at the UN, and pressuring other nations to admit Israel to the OECD), the likes of Netanyahu will continue to flout international law and basic rules of justice.

It’s a very illuminating and debate and illustrates the value of keeping your cool, keeping your emotions in check and logical thinking and appealing to the listener’s common goodwill and understanding, as well as complete command of facts.

Ma’sha’Allah, Ahmed did a wonderful job, managed to keep his cool and make his points very clearly and very well. The Israeli propagandist accused him of intellecutual dishonesty, when quite clearly he himself was indulging in it with every opening of his mouth.
