Assalamualaikum brothers and Sisters,
Is there any charity organisation that provides aid for the Rohingyas to which one could contribute his Zakaat?

I think you should check if this can contribute to zakat:
https://www.muslimaid.org/campaigns/current-emergencies/myanmar-burma-appeal/muslim-aid-launched-an-emergency-appeal-for-the-rohingya-people/
http://www.uwt.org/site/default.asp (just choose ‘Rohingya Crisis Appeal’ at the ‘Project section’ in the Donate Now box at the right)Pick ‘zakat’ as charity type.
