Just like the meaning, the prayer ṣalāt’-l-istikhārah, which is from the Sunnah of the Prophet (ṣallallāhu ‘alayhi wa sallam), is an authentically narrated Sunnah of the Prophet (ṣallallāhu ‘alayhi wa sallam) and an extremely emphasized practice of the Messenger (ṣallallāhu ‘alayhi wa sallam).
