Tomohiro Oshima

Tomohiro Oshima is a documentary photographer and independent journalist based in Kamagasaki, Osaka, where he has lived for over three years. His work focuses on communities at the margins of Japanese society — day laborers, migrant workers, traditional artisans and performers, and the Zainichi Korean community — built through long-term relationships rather than single visits. His photography and writing have appeared in Tokyo Journal and HowlRound Theatre Commons.
