As Salam, Peaceful Sanctuary, by Sunflower Central

As Salam, Peaceful Sanctuary, by Sunflower Central. The foreground piece is an intricate pattern inspired by the mosaics from Mosques. It was painted in water color, with black ink to serve as the lines. The word As Salam was cut, giving a view to the greens and yellows behind.

    The photo at bottom is beautiful. It gives a sense of the smallness of our lives on earth in contrast to the vastness of the sky, and the great mystery of all that lies above us.
