May Allah free Dr. Arian. This case is similar to Imam Qatanani where Israel’s direct hand is involved in causing the injustice.

It is indeed a sad case of injustice and abuse of power that even after being acquitted of all 50 charges he is still kept in prison. A viewing of the documentary took place at my campus and the film sheds so much light on this issue. Apparently it’s been shown in places as far as New Zealand and Sweden. Alhamdulillah for the worldwide attention this case is receiving. For those of you on campuses I would definitely advise that you organize a viewing to raise awareness and increase letters of protest to the judge and your senators. Visit http://www.freesamialarian.com/ for a wealth of information on what you can do to help and also times of screenings of the documentary around the country.
May Allah hasten his release and reunite him with his family. Ameen.

“Sami Al-Arian Pleads Guilty To Conspiracy To Provide Services To Palestinian Islamic Jihad”
“In the plea agreement, Al-Arian admits that he was associated with several organizations, including the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, in the late 1980s and early to mid-1990s. He also admits that co-defendants Ramadan Abdullah Shallah, Bashir Musa Mohammed Nafi and Mazen Al-Najjar were associated with PIJ. President Clinton issued an executive order in January 1995 which banned certain transactions with organizations and individuals who were “specially designated terrorists,” including PIJ, Sheik Abd Al Aziz Awda and Fathi Shiqaqi and later, Ramadan Shallah.”

Regulators part 1 page 1
San Francisco . Las Vegas . London
Making all law as it should be, easily, correctly applied, to, by and for anyone, in any situation. Below is a standing decision that must be examined, well, okay, if nothing else, it should be. It really should be.Yes, it is possible for a convicted felon to get a law degree. Take the case below into consideration.
The practice of Law CAN NOT be licensed by any state/State. Schware v. Board of Examiners, 353 U.S. 238, 239. The “certificate” from the State Supreme Court only authorizes: To practice Law, “in Courts” as a member of the State Judicial Branch of Government. A bar card holder can only represent “wards of the Court”. The state bar card is not a license; it is a Union Dues Card of a Professional Association. Meaning the practice of law CAN NOT be licenses by any state/State. It is simply a matter of, if those who are regular paying members of a club, want the individual in question as a member of their club.
There is no use in asking an Attorney about any of the above because: “His first duty is to the courts…not the client. “U.S. v Franks D.C.N.J. 53F.2d 128. “Clients are also called wards of the court” in regards to their relationship with their attorneys. Spilker v. Hankin”, 158 F.2d 35 58U.S. App.D.C. 206. Wards of the court. Infants and persons of unsound mind. Davis Committee v. Loney, 209 Ky. 644, 162 S.W.2d 189, 190. Did you get that? An attorneys first duty is not to you and when you have an Attorney you are either considered insane or an infant.
As awful as many crimes are, there are no crimes worse than those done to the people of this country by the Federal United States in Washington and kept in force by the American judicial system, the two will fight, and kill to keep us not knowing and to keep this intact. This is also the purpose of law schools in America, and why no law schools in America teaches real law, and have gone so far off track these law schools are incapable of teaching real law, or producing individuals who have any understanding and application of real law. Threats, yes, real law, no, and can only continue to operate unlawfully, illegally, and without justification, with a continuation of producing more legal professionals that match a legal system that is corrupted beyond recognition, beyond repair. One in which all levels who conform to the belief and teachings of Americas law institutions are participants.
Open a regulator center of real law near you, in your home, place of business, any meeting place, and study and make all law as it should be, easily, correctly applied, to, by and for anyone, in any situation.
