As Salamu Alaikum,
Another great episode. I am wondering if the studies quoted by Dr. Mughni referring to the number of times a man or woman thinks about sex are based on self-report (its hard for me to imagine how else this data could be collected) – if so, then, the results for women are probably under-reported – based on factors already discussed in this series.

Asalamualykum!
Interesting point! Another aspect to consider is whether or not they are married.
I’m also wondering about the environment. If you live in an area where you’re bombarded with a lot of billboards (sex sells etc.) and other potential provokers of sexual thoughts then you’re more prone to having throughout the day.
I agree with everything that’s being said. I think it would make the case more well rounded is if we can also address of a hyper sexual society. The “west” used to deprive people of acknowledging the necessities of sex and that both men and women have a sexual nature – that’s one end of the spectrum – Now it has gone to the other extreme, where it is hyper sexuallized and we have to acknowledge that that has an effect on us too!
