Aslamu-alaikum:
THANK YOU AMAD for putting this post up. this was a great reminder of the two bounties of Allah. InshAllah I will pray for him. It takes a lot of courage to still give naseehah in his condition. I could see the pain he was in, Allah give good health. I shared the video on my facebook as well.

Wallahi, I have been trying to jot down my deviant ideas on the harms of habitual idleness, but I feel like wiping off everything I wrote, and just re-post this naseehah. “Watch, cry and make du’a” .. no doubt. May Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala expedite the shaykh’s recovery and help him to remain steadfast and patient.
Jazakallahu Khairun Amad. Ws.

truly heart-wrenching… I met the shaykh only a few months ago… and he seems worse now. I have also seen him in all his healthy glory and mashallah there aren’t many shayookh in the world more amazing than him in rhetoric and radiating sincerity…
ya allah, make the shaykh’s dawah and effect on people as a waseela to cure him… his family needs him, and the Muslims need him…

Thank you, Br. Amad for this post; really gripped my heart, and made me realize what an ingrate I am, not thanking Allah for all His blessings, and here the Shaykh, despite all that he is going through, is giving us this beautiful message. Praying that Allah puts His healing touch on him.

Subhanallah, I am honored that this Shiek cares enough about me and the ummah to share some advice with us from his hospital bed. May Allah reward him for all of his efforts and good deeds. Such sincerity is not often seen but always appreciated. May Allah grant him Jannah. May he grant him and his family patience Inshallah.
