As-salamu alaykum,
Is there an article on how to deal with one’s parents and family. I know there is an article on the rank of parents and that good treatment is necessary. I’m referring to an article that helps Muslims deal with their family/parents who are ‘non-practicing’ Muslims or ‘ethnic’ Muslims and who hassle the children for their ‘extremism’ in practicing Islam and so forth.

Assalamu alaikum.
I was wondering if you people could do a piece on Usama Hassan and Co. and their deviancy. I know in the past MM has posted many articles such as ones dealing with proggies and what not, and its commendable. However as Qur’an commands us that we should be just even if it be against ourselves.
I guess it takes a lot more guts to critcize our own. Since Usama Hassan was (is?) a respected figure within salafi community (being son of an aalim imam of a masjid and whatnot), but his recent antics can lead a lot more people to confusion. So, if you could do a piece on him it would be great.
