Addition to Editorial Staff: iMuslim

As MuslimMatters grows, we always look for opportunities to add new blood to both our staff and specialists in order to sustain the variety of opinions and flavors of MM. In this regard, we are delighted to announce that Sister iMuslim, who many of you may know, will be joining our staff.

iMuslim is a UK born n’ bred sister of Gujarati Indian descent, who is trying to scrape together a formal education at Imperial College London. Mashallah, she has a BSc in Biology, MSc in Molecular Medicine, and is currently awaiting the results of four years hard labour (a.k.a. a PhD) in endocrine biology. She is a contributing editor at Ijtema.net, and her personal musings can be found at her blog. Her interests include all things Apple Mac, all things chocolate-based, and all things Islam (not necessarily in that particular order).
