salamu ‘alaikum,
excellent points. almaghrib needs to create its next one weekend seminar on in law relations. this is a big issue. even in families who consider themselves righteous, you’ll find parents condescendingly addressing their son/daughter in law or telling their own child how they are better than their spouse, etc.
shaytan’s traps are many and people need a course on where to draw the lines, with a case study approach with a variety of scenarios in such a course, from small to big…how the vocal response of individuals should be in various typical dialogues/interactions.
