Ramadan is a time to come close to Allah. One of the most powerful and effective means of doing so is to renew and improve ones relationship with the Qur’an. This involves not only reciting more Qur’an, listening to Qur’an in Tarawih, but also developing an understanding and appreciation for the themes, lessons, message, and beauty of the book of Allah.
Keep supporting MuslimMatters for the sake of Allah
Alhamdulillah, we're at over 850 supporters. Help us get to 900 supporters this month. All it takes is a small gift from a reader like you to keep us going, for just $2 / month.
To facilitate this, MuslimMatters.org will insha’Allah be posting daily Tafsir videos of Shaykh Abdul Nasir Jangda. These videos will be a recording of sessions conducted by him in the previous Ramadan nights.
Sessions start Wednesday, August 11, 2010 insha’Allah.
We hope you benefit from this series. Spread the word and allow others to benefit as well. Jazakum Allah khair.

I even left and came back….same thing. I’ve tried all the links at the top….but keep coming back to the circle. I get no video no matter where I go….
Perhaps the BEST way to develop our relationship with the Quran, the uncreated speech of Allah, subhanahu wa ta’ala, is to learn the arabic language. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-P4yp_yMWUI)
A great way of doing that is through the proven, vastly successful and nationally reknown Arabic learning program at the Sibaway Institue of the Foundation for Knowledge and Development. Their Associates Degree in Islamic Studies begins after Ramadan which includes studies in Arabic, Aqeedah, Fiqh, Tafsir, Hadeeth, Seerah, Quran Memorization and special interest courses like Preservation of the Quran and Sunnah, Islam and Deviant Sects, Islam and Science, Principles of Dawah etc.. (http://bit.ly/baVP2r)
You can be assured not only are they on the right minhaj, but their methodology is endorsed by scholars of Saudi Arabia’s prestigious Umm al Qura and Medina Universities (Sh Wasiyullah Abbass & Sh Dr V. Abdur Rahim to name a few…)
May Allah accept from us, our fasts, our salah, our dua, our istighfar, our intentions and all our actions in this blessed month…ameen
