Just curious, how do you justify killing of Apostates and Homosexuals if they are in a country where Shariah law is implemented? The statement is very open-ended. Do you have any definitions and parameters that you apply to this or is it meant to be open-ended and a general rule?

I wouldnt go as far as he is supporting terror or fueling world conflict.
His Merry xmas view is his own, I dont have a problem saying merry xmas as I regard it as the bday of one of God’s messengers however I will avoid participating in a xmas party/carolling as the begotten son claim arises, which is what I think he meant.

If Dr Zakir Naik picks and chooses things to suit him, it’s wrong and when the British Government does the same thing it is the “right decision”? At least Dr Zakir Naik chooses a neutral thing that doesn’t violate anyone’s rights or hurt them. So what he says he doesn’t know about Osama Bin Laden? Is he supposed to have an opinion on every issue under the sun? No! Are people now being banned to NOT have an opinion even? What is the matter with the world?

Wishing explicitly is a problem. It is a matter of religion. But studying in a school is a worldly thing and has got nothing to do with your beliefs.

Please, do not be blinded by extremism.

Guys, to be honest, Bilal Philips and Zakir Naik present a picture of Islam that is intellectually dishonest and untrue. I’d rather read works/ watch videos of Osama Bin Laden and Sayyid Qutb or Ayaan Hirsi Ali and Ibn Warraq (the latter two claim to be not muslims anymore) or read the quran, hadith and religious texts to acquaint myself with Islam.
