Saqib. It's nice to see that at least one community is trying to fulfill the rights of the youth. We honestly do need more of this programs in North America. The sad reality is though, I don't think we have enough qualified people to run an event like this (especially practicing counselors). At any rate, what you wrote is quite inspiring and would definitely be interested in applying as a counselor for next year (even if just for the experience) time permitting insha Allah.
