Farmocracy Experiment Part-2 (The Gaza Crises)

Published

Farmocracy Experiment 1 | 2 3

Please read Farmocracy Experiment for background and sense of where I am going with this.

Eventually, the will of the parrots on both sides broke down, and they started clawing and picking at each other. As the fighting worsened, Sama and his friends ended up in one side of the cage, while Hata and his friends gained control of the other side. Tsin and Acir saw in this situation, further opportunity in dividing the parrots, so they immediately started delivering food to the side of the cage that Hata controlled. On the other side of the cage, controlled by Sama, they talked about even shutting water deliveries. [from Farmocracy Experiment, July 05, 2007)

So, what I mentioned in this first post came to fruition almost exactly 6 months later. The cats of Tsin (Israel), fully supported by the bulls of Acir (America), did what was anticipated by most. They decided to collectively punish the corner of the cage which was more favorable to Sama (Hamas) for voting in who they did not like in a failed famocracy (democracy) experiment (failed not because it wasn’t democratic, but failed because the “wrong” people got elected, as decided by Israel and its protector).

While the world protests, Israel continues to impose a severe blockade, which forced the closure of the only electric plant that served Gaza City’s 400,000 residents and one third of the Gaza Strip’s 1.5 millions residents. While the world bemoans the clear flouting of international laws (Article 33 of the Fourth Geneva Convention states: “No protected person may be punished for an offence he or she has not personally committed.”), Israel continues to follow the path of ignoring laws and resolutions as it done for much of its history.

“I have made clear that I am against this collective punishment of the people of Gaza,” said EU External Relations Commissioner Benita Ferrero-Waldner.

Without power, hospitals, water facilities and other crucial lifelines may completely shut off and homes may be left without heat, plunging Gaza into disarray.

On Monday, the U.N. said it would suspend food distribution to 860,000 Palestinians. The World Food Program, which distributes food to another 270,000 Gaza residents warned that it too would have to suspend operations by Thursday due to lack of fuel.

This letter by a Robert O’Sullivan bemoans the shameful denial of Palestine holocaust [Irish Independent].

As desperate Palestinians breached a border wall with Egypt for basic food supplies, the ruthless state terrorism of Israel/America want Egypt to shut off this one outlet for basic human needs, in order to completely and utterly choke Gaza. Israel’s abysmal reason for imposing this collective punishment on Gaza is because some home-made missiles have been hitting Israel from Gaza. How many people have died from this? How much damage? Hardly any. Yet, the F-16 fired missiles by Israeli airforce have killed many times more people and damaged tons more property than any of the flimsy rockets from Gaza.

Akin to the notorious quote misquote “If they have no bread, let them eat cake!”, here is what the Israeli Prime Minister, Ehud Olmert, said about the fuel-shortages in Gaza. [Also, Read this great article in Israeli newspaper, Haaretz]:

“As far as I’m concerned, all the residents of Gaza can walk and have no fuel for their cars…”

What can you do?

(1) Make dua’, the believer’s strongest weapon
(2) Donate and help your brothers and sisters in Gaza. You can use Islamic Relief (4-star charity per Charity Navigator) as a “safe” choice inshallah.
(3) Follow steps in CAIR’s action alert below the sleeve.

Here is an Action Alert from CAIR:

IMMEDIATE ACTIONS REQUESTED:

1. CONTACT your elected officials (one U.S. Representative and 2 U.S. Senators) and ask them to call for an end to the Israeli blockade of Gaza, and a full restoration of the essential services. Call, fax, and email.

Click here to find your representative:

Talking points:

*As your constituent, I urge you to call for an immediate end to the illegal Israeli blockade in Gaza.

* Our nation and its leaders cannot and should not remain silent as an illegal humanitarian disaster unfolds in Gaza. Collective punishment is always counterproductive and only serves to block moves toward a just resolution of any conflict.

* Because American taxpayers provide Israel with billions of dollars of economic support each year, we have the right to demand that those funds not be used to increase human suffering.

* Israel must abide by international law and universal standards of human rights. We call on President Bush to demand the immediate end of Israel\’s blockade.

* Silence from American officials will only serve to increase the perception worldwide that our nation cares little for the suffering of the Palestinian people.

* The perception that the U.S. abets cruel and inhumane treatment of civilian populations provides fodder for anti-Americanism that may threaten the security of the United States.

2. INFORM YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY by forwarding this alert to at least five other people. Tell them you took action and ask them to do the same.

I wonder when America will stop tying itself to a cause (Israel) that only hurts our nation– making us less safer (by providing terrorists more fodder) and less popular (by supporting clearly illegal actions by another nation).

“…failed not because it wasn’t democratic, but failed because the ‘wrong’ people got elected…”

Indeed, so what kind of democracy is that?! It just goes to show the fallacy of democracy in the first place and that not much has changed since its inception all those years ago in ancient Greece.

Huda TV recently did a special edition of “Ask Huda” with Shaykh Muhammad Salah and Br. Jamil Rashid on the current crisis in Gaza; it is well worth a watch, you can download it from the Islamic Torrents website:

it doesnt matter what the americans will do or wont do for help..indeed they may not help the palestinians at all as Allah has already told us in the Quran that jews and christians are friends of one another.
the pertinent qurestion to be asked is..what have the opther oil rich arab countries done for falasteen?have they raised a hue and cry about it?how much are they donating?are they ever gona WAKE UP from their deep slumber and do just a LITTLE bit to alleviate the sufferings of their fellow arab muslim brothers and sisters!
it was quite deplorable to see palestianians begging to be allowed into egypt(a “muslim”) to ask for basic necessities..if this is the level of consideration shown by muslims..how do you expect americans to help?like seriously?

It’s unbelievable the wanton anti-semitism in this post and thread and how the Israeli’s (read “filthy jews” to the people at MM) are held to a radically different and higher standard than the Palis.

As your constituent, I urge you to call for an immediate end to the illegal Israeli blockade in Gaza.

It’s illegal for a sovereign nation to defend it’s borders from a people who (and whose government) are intent on the destruction of that nation and people? Why isn’t Eqypt attacked for the fact that they have a wall and enforce border security to a level that would cause the world to call for Israel’s destruction.

*smacks head* oh wait, they’re muslim.

Because American taxpayers provide Israel with billions of dollars of economic support each year, we have the right to demand that those funds not be used to increase human suffering.

We supply hundreds of millions of dollars to the Palis and, through the UN, hundreds of millions more. Unlike Israel (who use it for defense, infrastructure and mostly peaceful means) the Palis us it (and billions more supplied by the rest of the world) to push forward their genocidal plan against the Jewish people. In fact, the “Palestinian Territories” is nothing but a paramilitary, terrorist launching ground. Were is the outcry about that from the Muslims.

    *chirp*chirp*chirp*

Just another example of the double-standard that Islam has for Muslims and Non-muslims; a double-standard they have pushed the “World Body”, The UN, to make as it’s official policy.

Finally, we have to respect their elections and their outcome (meaning we can’t try to turn their elections to our desired end when they are occurring and we can’t take any aggressive action against them), but we are talking AID here; we can withdraw that at any time, for any reason, It’s our money. If you had a welfare Queen (and that’s what the Palis are) who took up with a drug dealer would you consider it “oppression” to cut off her welfare because you don’t want to support criminality? Of course not, and that’s what’s going on here.

And one final thought. The Palestinians could end the fighting tomorrow if they asked for peace and swore to abide by the Oslo accords and not send daily suicide bombers and rocket attacks against Israel; but they choose aggression, which they cannot win at. The Israelis could end this tomorrow by unleashing their mighty military on the Palestinians and wiping them out; but they don’t, they continue to try for peace by ceding to Pali demands.

The only logical conclusion an objective observer can make seeing these facts is the Israelis truly want peace and the Palis only want Genocide and Martyrdom.

Israeli’s (read “filthy jews” to the people at MM)

What they read is what is written, not what your defensiveness feeds you. Anti-Israel sentiments are not equal to antisemitism and you can keep screaming that they are until the cows come home, but it will still be propaganda created by the Israeli lobby to squelch any debate on Israel’s state-terrorism. Oh and I am assuming that the Orthodox Jews opposed to Zionism (see the post above) are also antisemitic! Love the timing of this post.

Oslo accords? Are you kidding me? Who continues to create new “neighborhoods” filled with racist and abusive zionists? Who is choking the occupied territories of basic supplies?

You know what: Math don’t lie. More than 4 times more innocent Palestinian civilians have been killed compared to innocent Israeli civilians. You can take that argument to the bank!

Shame on you for your defense of collective punishment of innocent civilians.

P.S. You are not talking about “AID”. You are talking about cutting supply of natural resources from the land you have already occupied and stolen from another people to the little cage that you have stuffed them in.
