I'm guessing that whichever one of them wins is the one that most successfully rigged the election. It's like they say about power - the people who most want it are the people less suited to have it. I don't get why all the front runners are dredged up from the past, either - is it impossible for someone new to gain popularity? Maybe the Pakistani people are thinking along the lines of 'better the devil you know'.
