America is a secular nation and those who have an Islamic understanding of the ahl al hadith( Shafi, Maliki, Ja'fari etc) need to leave the West. The Quran says there is no compulsion in religion but none of those schools of ahl al hadith believe that. These divisions came from the hadith literature during the Abbasid era, they were never a part of early Islam. They were political movements that the Abbasid encouraged and spread. Muslims who continue to follow the doctrines of the madhabs of ahl al hadith need to leave the West. Yes, many of those guys are probably KKK that want Muslims out. But if you are a follower of those madhabs you shoudn't be here anyways. The USA is not for you. Muslims who see Islam as a religion and not a state and do not consider the ahl al hadith as authority should be the ones living in the USA. The Quran instructs the prophet to simply convey the message and he is not to force anyone. It reminds the prophet that he is but a messenger. The ahl al hadith believe he was an enforcer and want to use the state to enforce religion. They get their evidence from their books of doctrine in the hadith collections. They all believe it can abrogate the Quran. All of them have used hadiths from the prophet to back up their claims. They usually contradict each other yet they all claim to get their sources from the prophet. They all believe an apostate should be killed. They all believe in gender discrimination. They all believe in restrictions for religious minorities. None of the ahl al hadith believe in freedom of religion or thought and none of them believe in equality under the law. And none of them believe in freedom of speech. Even though the Quran does, they don't and they claim the prophet said so. They do not belong in a democracy, its that simple.
