I just thought that I would leave comment here…since no one else bothered.

Actually, this post looked rather lonely. All of the other posts were looking at it with wide grins on their faces and bragging about how many comments they all received. While, nobody cared enough to comment “Texas Muslim Scholarship Fund: Courtesy F & J”

This is a good post because it mentions two things that I am rather fond of:

    1. Freedom (i think)
    2. Justice (“No Justice…NO PEACE” !!!!!)

“Justice Delayed is Justice Denied” …

The fact the no one else commented here is an injustice, in and of itself, to the Freedom and JUSTICE Foundation…

I would like to take this opportunity to call on all of the following to visit this blog post and leave their respective comments reflecting upon the idea of Freedom and Justice. We will be holding candlelight vigils for everyday that justice is denied by NO ONE COMMENTING. I will also be forming an exploratory committee to assist me in beginning a Hunger Strike (from Asr to Isha daily) if NO ONE COMMENTS:

    1. The American Civil Liberties Union
    2. Jesse Jackson Rainbow/Push Coalition
    3. Rev. Al Sharpton

Don’t forget the fountainhead of justice John “the sky is falling, and that’s a good thing” Ashcroft.

Does waving a flag in support count as fighting this injustice of no comments?

  • http://thesunnah.wordpress.com abu ameerah

    @ Amad

You GAVE IT… I will not go on a hunger strike today.

    @ Anonymouse

Yes…but I still need more comments.

  • http://muslimmatters.org Ruth Nasrullah

    Does that count?

  • http://thesunnah.wordpress.com abu ameerah

    @ Sr. Ruth:

Yes. In it’s own unique way…I suppose it does.

Let me add my comment here. I have proof that Abu Ameerah truly stuck to word of dropping the hunger strike because I dined with him yesterday along with someone else!

And since I was present on occasion, and a prime and willing witness to this momentous event… I attest to the piece of succulent kabob entering Br. Abu Ameerah’s mouth. Also, if you think Abu Ameerah is a grumpy old man, and the self-created alter-ego of the Shaykh Chao…. then you are mistaken. I attest to separation (in all ways) of the 2 individuals in question. Though they have been together long enough for Abu Ameerah to pick up brazen, full-force vocabulary from Chao Sahib… AR Chao (a Taiwanese whose family has been Muslim for 500 years– yes, they live long) has learned several Urdu words, which he keeps shooting off like cluster bombs ‘parvardigaar ka shukar hey’.

Finally, Abu Ameerah is far from grumpy… the internet hides his graciousness and coolness. Never overestimate the power of internet personality evaluations! You could be misled completely. Hence, coolness resides in College Park, MD; where my family also enjoyed the brunch and beauty day at Huda. Of course, Sh. Chao, Abu Ameerah and myself gladly missed this evening of pampering.

    That’s all from MuslimMatters’s Eye-witness report…

OOOH! Indeed that succulent kabob was very delicious. It was so moist and juicy. I wanna go there again.

    @ Amad:

You GAVE IT! Amidst the conversation and fine Iranian cuisine that graced our table we were able to establish (or reaffirm) the following:

    1. Teamwork makes the Dream Work…
    2. ad-Deenu an Naseeha (This religion is a sincere advice)…
    3. The hearts of the believers are clean, inshallah…

Anyway, a gooooooood time was had by all – Alhamdulillah!
